The Okinawa Dual is powered by a 250 Watt electric motor and a 48W 55Ah detachable battery, capable of a top speed of 25 km/h. The low speed means there is no need for a driver's license or to even register the vehicle. The battery can be charged 80% in 1.5 hours and 100% in about 4 to 5 hours. The Okinawa Dual claims a riding range of 130 km range on a single charge.
